Terms
Last updated 26 August 2026
These are the terms between you and NANO-SOFT TECHNOLOGY SRL, which makes Just Add.
These cover using Just Add. The subscription itself is governed by Apple’s standard licence agreement, which you accept when you buy through the App Store.
Just Add is not medical advice
This is the important one. Just Add suggests food. It does not diagnose anything, treat anything, or give medical or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or a registered dietitian.
The idea it is built on — that combining protein, fibre and healthy fat tends to make a meal more satisfying — is a reasonable rule of thumb supported by nutrition research, not a proven mechanism, and we describe it that way on purpose. If you have a medical condition, an allergy, or anything else that makes food a clinical question for you, talk to a professional before changing what you eat.
Allergens. You tell the app what you cannot eat and it filters those out before writing a suggestion, then checks the finished answer again. That is a genuine safeguard and it is not a guarantee. Always read labels and check what you are actually eating. If a mistake would be dangerous for you, do not rely on this app alone.
What you can expect from us
- A real daily allowance of meal answers, free, forever — every way in and every situation.
- A subscription, if you want one, that covers unlimited answers, your saved plates, and the memory that makes suggestions personal.
- No advertising, no selling your data, and nothing that counts, scores or ranks what you eat.
What we ask of you
- Use it for yourself and for the people you cook for, not to resell or redistribute what it produces.
- Do not try to break the safety filters, and do not use the app to generate content intended to harm anyone.
- One account per person.
Shared links
You can publish a plate or a shopping list to a link. Anyone holding that link can open it, so only share it with people you mean to. A shared plate was written for whoever made it, around their allergens and not yours — the page says so, and it is worth taking seriously. You can stop sharing at any time from inside the app, and it takes effect immediately.
Cancelling and deleting
Cancel a subscription at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Delete your account from Settings inside the app; it removes everything and cannot be undone. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription — Apple owns that relationship — so cancel first.
If something goes wrong
The app is provided as it is. We work hard on it, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never be wrong, and we are not liable for decisions you make about food. Nothing here limits rights you have by law, including consumer rights in the UK and the EU.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so in the app.
