Email hello@justadd.app and you will get a reply from the person who built the app. Tell us what you were doing and what happened — a screenshot helps more than anything else.

Common things

The app says you are out of meals. A free account gets a few meals a day and a few more across the week; both come back on their own — the day at midnight, the week on Monday. Switching between the three meals you were already given never costs anything.

Managing or cancelling a subscription. Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled the same way as any other: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep everything until the period you paid for ends.

Restoring a purchase. If you have paid before and the app does not know it — after reinstalling, or on a new phone — open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases.

Deleting your account. Settings, then Delete account. It removes your profile, your allergens, your saved plates and your history, and it cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and nothing is kept in the background.

Something in a meal was wrong for you. If a suggestion ever contained something you told us you are allergic to, please email us — that is the one bug we treat as urgent, and knowing what was on the screen is what lets us fix it.

What we cannot help with

Just Add does not give medical or nutritional advice and cannot tell you what you should eat for a condition. If you need that, it belongs with a dietitian or a doctor who knows you.

If you are struggling with food or eating, please talk to someone who can help properly:

Privacy and terms

Privacy explains what leaves your phone, who else sees it, and how to get rid of it. Terms covers the subscription and what the app is and is not.
